Tecan is seeking a strategic Trade Compliance Lead to oversee global trade compliance programs. You will guide our Trade Compliance Specialists, collaborate across departments, and ensure adherence to international laws while driving digitalized processes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in trade compliance, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven team leadership in a multicultural environment. Master’s degree preferred and SAP/GTS experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Economy, International Trade Law, or similar (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in trade compliance, import/export, or customs.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations (EAR, customs, sanctions, embargos).
• Min 2 years of proven team management experience.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Customs Specialist, Certified Export Specialist).
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

• Improve processes and train staff for flawless import/export documentation.
• Keep policies up-to-date and licenses current.
• Build strong global relationships across Tecan.

• Foster a proactive, ethical compliance culture.
• Optimize customs procedures and drive digitalization.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve objectives.
