ABB Schweiz AG in Baden (AG) seeks a Trade Compliance Manager for Process Industries Switzerland (80-100%). You will own and improve the Trade Compliance framework for the Local Business Line, ensuring alignment with ABB's Trade Program, export controls, sanctions, and origin rules.

As the LBL's Trade Compliance authority, you will lead a team, develop procedures, and train staff, coordinating with CTCO, TCS, PCE, and logistics to manage regulatory changes and risk mitigation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in foreign trade or export control with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss/EU/US dual-use and sanctions regulations.
• Experience leading a team in a global project environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and SAP GTS systems.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and improve the Local Business Line's trade compliance framework.
• Ensure international transactions comply with ABB's Global Trade Program and related regulations.
• Lead and train trade compliance resources in the LBL.
• Coordinate with CTCO, TCS, PCE, declarants, and logistics teams.
• Advise on regulatory changes and risk mitigation in day-to-day operations.
