Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Business Economy or International Trade Law, with 5+ years in trade compliance, plus leadership experience and certifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economy, International Trade Law, or similar (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in trade compliance, import/export, or customs
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations (EAR, customs, sanctions, embargos)
• Min 2 years of proven team management experience
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Customs Specialist, Certified Export Specialist)
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
• Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Collaborative and independent in a multicultural environment
• Proficient in SAP, GTS, MS Office
• Effective cross-functional influencer

You’ll also be the go-to expert for authorities, customers, and suppliers, and play a vital role in cross-functional projects.
