Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years leading Trade Compliance in an industrial environment.
• Extensive knowledge of EU Export Controls, EU Dual-Use Regulation, EU sanctions, EAR.
• Strong understanding of customs, origin, and preferential trade regulations.
• Experience with ICPs, audits, risk assessments, and governance frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the global Trade Compliance strategy and framework.
• Ensure compliance with export controls, sanctions, embargoes, and trade regulations.
• Design, implement and govern the Global Internal Compliance Program (ICP).
• Analyze business models and value chains to assess trade compliance implications.
• Review high-risk transactions and coordinate with senior management and Legal.
