Bühler Gruppe is seeking an Export Compliance Engineer to align engineering expertise with global trade and regulatory requirements. You will evaluate products and tech data for export classifications, review documentation for compliance, and support projects from offer to delivery with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a technical engineering degree, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and have familiarity with export controls or SAP GTS.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in electrical/electronics/automation/mechanical engineering or comparable field.
• Strong analytical skills to assess technical products and documentation.
• Independent, structured, detail- and solution-oriented with cross-functional problem-solving.
• Experience with export control regulations or SAP GTS is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate products, technologies, software, and data to determine export control classifications and licensing requirements.
• Review technical drawings, documentation, and tech transfers for compliance with export regulations.
• Perform screenings, risk assessments, and end-use/end-user evaluations for global projects.
• Maintain export control records, licenses, and audit-ready docs for compliance and traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, supply chain, and sales while driving process improvements and training.
