Qualifikationen

• University degree in a technical discipline; knowledge of international trade or compliance is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and assess technical products, drawings, and documentation.
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style with cross-functional problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with export control regulations or SAP GTS is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate products, technologies, software, and data to determine export control classifications and licensing requirements.
• Review drawings, engineering docs, product specs, and tech transfers for compliance with export regulations.
• Perform screenings, risk assessments, and end-use/end-user evaluations while supporting global customer projects from offer to delivery.
• Maintain export control records, classifications, licenses, and audit-ready documentation for compliance and traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, supply chain, and sales to drive process improvements and training.
