Zusammenfassung

Organon is seeking a Global Supply Planning Specialist to drive integrated planning for API, bulk, and finished goods across a multi-node network. This role partners with Site Planners, Product Leads, and Demand teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability and optimal inventory management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing or supply chain, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP S4/Hana and BI tools.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Logistics or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
Strong communication, analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnering in a global environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
Strong data-analytical mindset.
Coping with tight deadlines, proven resilience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP S4/Hana and BI tools like Power BI.
