Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson Switzerland – Zug seeks a Director E2E Product Planning to lead global supply chain planning across API and formulation sites, driving end-to-end visibility, demand propagation and multi-echelon inventory strategies. You will guide NPI planning, risk mitigation, and IBP alignment with senior stakeholders.

The role requires advanced leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with SAP or OMP, plus up to 25% travel to ensure resilient supply chains from lab to life.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance or economics is required and an MBA is preferred.
• Supply chain experience across manufacturing, planning, S&OP/IBP and/or end-to-end management is required.
• Experience with international/global teams and leadership is required.

Aufgaben

• Define the E2E global supply chain configuration and related parameters.
• Lead NPI Planning Management.
• Ensure demand and net requirements propagation and align constrained production and inventory plans.
• Participate in executive IBP processes and lead DSRM for the portfolio.
• Develop risk mitigation and promote cross-functional collaboration across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality.
