Lonza Group in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking a Supply Planner SPM for 80-100% (m/f/d) to oversee end-to-end supply planning for Microbial operations. The role is fully site-based in Visp, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates and families.

You will own the monthly supply planning cycle, maintain the master production schedule, and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks. Strong planning systems experience and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Supply Planning / Production Planning, pharma or complex manufacturing.
• Understanding of S&OP, MPS, MRP, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP and SAP ECC or comparable systems.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable plans.
• Strong stakeholder management to build consensus across global teams.
• Experience leading planning processes or guiding planners with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the monthly Supply Planning cycle for Microbial operations.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve the Supply Plan, including MPS and capacity outlooks.
• Anticipate supply risks and develop mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Lead supply plan accuracy improvements through KPI tracking and corrective actions.
• Define and maintain inventory targets with Inventory Management, reduce excess stock, and manage components.
• Ensure plans are used in SAP IBP and SAP ECC to drive capacity plans.
