Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Leader in Supply Chain Planning to drive end-to-end global planning for a portfolio of products. You will oversee multi-site, multi-country coordination, collaborate across functions, and lead IBP/DSRM processes to optimize the supply chain.

A minimum of 10 years in related areas is expected. The role requires strong leadership, international experience, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with a focus on risk

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• APICS or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, planning, S&OP/IBP or supply chain.

Aufgaben

• Define E2E global supply chain configuration and parameters.
• Lead NPI Planning Management and drive DSRM for portfolio.
• Align demand, net requirements, and production plans monthly across nodes.
• Participate in IBP processes and monitor KPIs to identify risks.
• Ensure supply continuity and orchestrate across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
