Incyte Corporation is seeking a Logistic Planner in Switzerland to orchestrate shipment planning and coordinate inbound/outbound flows for production and distribution. You will work across carriers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and compliant logistics operations.

The role requires 5–10 years in planning, logistics, or supply chain within GMP/pharma contexts, with strong SAP ECC and MRP experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in logistics/planning within GMP pharma/biotech is preferred.
• Proven expertise with MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP ECC.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to solve problems and optimize processes under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate shipment of materials and production goods flows.
• Coordinate inbound materials and outbound finished goods with carriers and warehouses.
• Optimize transportation and storage costs while maintaining high service levels.
• Manage and update planning parameters in the Control Tower system.
• Analyze lead time coverage and anticipate requirements to avoid disruptions.
• Monitor and resolve logistics issues (customs, international transport, delays).
• Track KPIs (OTIF, stock levels, service rate) and identify improvements.
• Participate in transversal projects (digitalization, E2E Control Tower, automation).
