Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field; 12+ years in Global Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain or Manufacturing in Pharma/FMCG.
• Experience designing or transforming IBP or S&OP in a large global organization.
• Demonstrated transformational leadership and change management; mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management and translating market dynamics into supply chain strategies.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve global S&OP governance, cadence, standards and playbook.
• Facilitate regional Executive S&OP forums with cross-functional partners.
• Lead annual Long-Term Planning (LTFP) cycle translating strategy into capacity requirements.
• Define critical assumptions, scenarios and capacity requirements with senior stakeholders.
• Drive integration of S&OP and Long-Term Planning into financial, operational, supply and capacity planning.
• Lead enterprise-wide IBP adoption and transformation aligned with Vision 2030.
• Mentor S&OP leaders and strengthen the global planning community.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure planning tech and roadmaps enable future-state capabilities.
• Leverage data, analytics, and emerging tech to improve planning quality.
