Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Strategic Programs Lead in Switzerland (Zug) with a hybrid onsite/work model. You will lead delivery of strategic IMSC programs and ensure governance across the organization, partnering with Strategy and Portfolio teams to support business cases and approvals.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in supply chain and program management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Supply chain experience including value chain and manufacturing.
• Program management experience.
• People leadership experience with global teams to develop global solutions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills and ability to drive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Strategic IMSC Programs and related outcomes.
• Develop and deploy execution and value tracking for assigned Programs.
• Define program scope, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead stakeholder management and sponsor engagement to drive decisions.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to the program team.
• Own cross-Supply Chain delivery from strategy to operational execution.
