Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Minimum six years of relevant professional experience in supply, demand, inventory or network planning.
• Experience in a global/regulatory environment; medical devices or healthcare preferred.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge including S&OP and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Supply Network Planning team.
• Own the monthly S&OP supply rhythm, including MPS validation and scenario planning.
• Lead STEM and cross-functional risk management with clear ownership and recovery plans.
• Support medium- and long-term capacity, sourcing and network decisions via scenario modelling.
• Ensure timely reporting of supply performance and key measures (backorders, inventory, etc.).
