Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Logistics Process Analyst in Zug, Switzerland, to advance the Transcend program. You will help modernize end-to-end supply chain capabilities and ensure alignment with global trade requirements.

You’ll partner with product owners and cross‑functional teams to validate templates, define backlogs, and support ERP deployment across Electrophysiology and Neurovascular businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and supply chain experience.
• Experience with end-to-end logistics, transformation projects, SAP S/4HANA or EWM preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear process and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Represent logistics and global trade requirements across the Transcend program.
• Define and prioritize product backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate templates and data.
• Support system testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Assist with change management and user adoption during ERP rollout.
