Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Supply Chain BI Analyst based in Zug, Switzerland. You will shape how the organization sees supply-chain data, contribute to the Anchor Application, and support day-to-day workflows with reliable dashboards and metrics.

You will partner with operations, IT, and leadership to ensure accurate metrics, govern reporting standards, and drive data-driven decisions across the global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or equivalent.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning is required.
• Advanced SQL skills for data modeling, performance tuning.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain forecasting and deployment web app for BOM Forecast management and SET Deployment activities.
• Develop analytics platform roadmap to scale BI capabilities across supply chain.
• Analyze strategic needs to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Standardize and scale cross-franchise supply-chain reporting.
• Own data validation, consolidation, and quality checks for dashboards.
