Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Global Labeling Product Leader to be based in Allschwil, Switzerland, or nearby Swiss locations. You will lead the development and governance of primary and derived labeling documents for assigned compounds, ensuring global regulatory compliance and high-quality labeling deliverables.

You will coordinate cross-functional labeling teams, drive labeling strategies, and contribute to continuous process improvements within Global Regulatory Affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years in Regulatory Affairs with labeling experience preferred.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical drug development is required.
• Experience leading project teams within a matrix environment.
• Experience working in document management systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, revision, review, agreement, and maintenance of primary labeling (CCDS, USPI) and derived labeling for assigned compounds.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on labeling content, processes, timelines, and scientific integrity.
• Coordinate resolution of labeling issues with potential impact on labeling and supporting docs.
• Ensure high quality and compliant labeling documents.
• Contribute to global labeling strategy and understand differences across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end labeling process.
