Zusammenfassung

Bühler AG in Switzerland is seeking a Global Services Process Excellence Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape and optimize end-to-end service processes, workshop refurbishments, field service, and parts delivery.

You will connect service execution with commercial processes, translate business needs into standardized requirements, and collaborate with IT and business teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable improvements for a global, data-driven service organization.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, engineering, IT, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in process management, service operations, digital transformation, or enterprise systems in an international environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into process and IT requirements; experience with agile delivery is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable working across global, cross-functional matrix organizations.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Are you passionate about designing efficient, scalable business processes and digital backbones for a global service organization? In this role, you will shape and
improve the end-to-end processes and supporting systems that enable workshop refurbishments, field service, and parts delivery.
You will connect service execution processes with commercial processes, from quotation and order handling through planning, execution, invoicing, and performance follow-up. Working closely with global business stakeholders and IT teams, you will translate operational needs into standardized processes, clear requirements, and prioritized digital improvements.
