Bühler AG in Switzerland is seeking a Global Services Process Excellence Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape and optimize end-to-end service processes, workshop refurbishments, field service, and parts delivery.

You will connect service execution with commercial processes, translate business needs into standardized requirements, and collaborate with IT and business teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable improvements for a global, data-driven service organization.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, engineering, IT, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in process management, service operations, digital transformation, or enterprise systems in an international environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into process and IT requirements; experience with agile delivery is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable working across global, cross-functional matrix organizations.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• You own and continuously improve global end-to-end processes and digital backbones for workshop refurbishments, field service, and Parts Delivery
• You connect commercial and service execution processes-from quotation and order handling to planning, delivery, invoicing, and performance follow-up
• You translate business needs into standardized process designs, requirements, and a prioritized improvement backlog
• You partner with IT and business teams in an agile way of working to deliver scalable, practical solutions
• You define process standards, governance, roles, and KPIs; drive global adoption and continuous improvement
