Zusammenfassung

Bühler Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior Process Manager to design and continually improve end-to-end global service processes and digital backbones for workshop refurbishments, field service, and parts delivery.

You will partner with IT and business teams in an agile environment, translate operational needs into standardized designs and requirements, and drive KPIs, governance, and adoption across global cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, engineering, IT, operations, or related field.
• Experience in process management, service operations, digital transformation, or enterprise systems in an international environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into process and IT requirements; agile delivery is an advantage.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Are you passionate about designing efficient, scalable business processes and digital backbones for a global service organization? In this role, you will shape and improve the end-to-end processes and supporting systems that enable workshop refurbishments, field service, and parts delivery.

You will connect service execution processes with commercial processes, from quotation and order handling through planning, execution, invoicing, and performance follow-up. Working closely with global business stakeholders and IT teams, you will translate operational needs into standardized processes, clear requirements, and prioritized digital improvements.
