• You lead product development and go-to-market activities, coordinating closely with sales, marketing, R&D, service, and regional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• You act as the key interface between global stakeholders, technical teams, and international locations, driving collaboration, innovation, product expertise, and portfolio growth.

• Strong business acumen combined with a structured, self-driven, and results-oriented working style
• International mindset with experience in cross-functional and matrix organizations as well as willingness to travel globally (20%-30%)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in German and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
