Bühler Group is seeking a SAP Application & Business Process Manager (LE/TM) to shape outbound logistics and transport management for its global organization. You will own business processes and SAP solutions along the outbound value chain, from delivery to transport management, and roll out standardized solutions across international sites.

Qualifikationen

• Strong functional knowledge in SAP LE or TM; SAP GTS/SD/PS a plus.
• Several years of IT, Logistics, SCM or Freight Forwarding experience.
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics or equivalent with relevant training.
• Understanding of end-to-end logistics and related topics (Trade, customs, export control).
• Project leadership experience; strong analytical and communication skills; business-fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Manage, support and develop SAP and business processes in Logistics Outbound and Transport Management.
• Own end-to-end process analysis, standardisation, documentation and monitoring.
• Capture and prioritise business requirements and translate into robust functional concepts.
• Coordinate development orders with internal/external partners and ensure successful implementation.
• Run tests, deliver trainings, support global roll-outs and coordinate global Process Managers and Key Users.

To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a SAP Application & Business Process Manager (LE/TM) to shape the end-to-end outbound logistics and transportation processes of our global organisation. In this role, you own the business processes and the corresponding SAP solutions along the outbound value chain, from delivery and shipment execution to transport management and the adjacent trade and customs interfaces. Working closely with business functions, Product Owners, development partners and Key Users worldwide, you translate business requirements into standardised, scalable process and system solutions and roll them out across our international sites.

• You manage, support and continuously develop business and SAP processes in Logistics Outbound and Transport Management
• You take ownership of end-to-end process analysis, standardisation, documentation and monitoring
• You capture, assess and prioritise business requirements and translate them into robust functional solution concepts
• You steer development orders with internal and external partners and ensure successful implementation in the relevant applications
• You run tests, deliver trainings, support global roll-outs and coordinate Process Managers, Key Users and Super Users worldwide

These are the skills you'll need

• Strong functional knowledge either in SAP LE or TM; SAP GTS, SD or PS as an advantage
• Several years of experience in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Freight Forwarding
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics or an equivalent qualification with relevant further training
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes, including adjacent areas such as Customer Project, Customer Service and Procurement and willingness to familiarize yourself with adjacent topics such as Trade Affairs, customs and export control (SAP GTS)
• Project leadership experience, strong analytical and conceptual skills, confident stakeholder communication, business-fluent English and intercultural competence in a global environment
