Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Switzerland seeks an experienced Project Quality professional to drive quality across large EPC projects. You will partner with project teams, customers, suppliers and site organizations to ensure quality requirements are understood, implemented, and continuously improved.

You will lead audits, manage non-conformances, and track KPIs while promoting a strong quality culture across a global matrix.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of EPC project quality management experience in a large, complex organization.
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 with internal-auditor certification as an advantage.
• Experience with supplier and site quality processes, ITPs, PPAP, and project risk.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and monitor quality-related project activities, resources, objectives, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and site organizations on quality issues.
• Lead quality audits, handle non-conformances, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Monitor quality indicators, including NCRs, customer satisfaction, and cost of quality.
• Coordinate quality requirements for critical equipment, ITPs, MTPs, inspections, and release reviews.
