STAAR Surgical in Brügg, Switzerland, is looking for an International Payroll Administrator (100%). The role coordinates end-to-end payroll for multiple international entities with external providers, ensuring timely delivery and strict compliance.

You will support new country setups, equity payroll, and Swiss payroll backup while collaborating within an international, virtual team. A Bachelor in HR, 3+ years in international payroll, and strong IT skills (Excel, ABACUS) are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of international payroll experience in a multi-country environment.
• Experience with foreign/expat payroll and external payroll providers.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel; ABACUS experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll across international entities with external providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery across countries with data validation and approvals.
• Review payroll outputs, reports and vendor reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll calendars, deadlines and funding requirements.
• Support new country setups, provider transitions and payroll process improvements.
• Handle employee payroll queries across regions.
• Coordinate equity-related payroll activities with internal and external stakeholders.
