Accelleron Industries in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to manage monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees, ensuring compliance and timely payments. You will maintain data across Workday and SAP HCM, perform controls, and support year-end activities, reporting, and audits.

Fluency in German and English, strong Excel, and knowledge of Swiss social security and tax law are essential.

Qualifikationen

Commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally with payroll/HR focus.
Experience with Swiss payroll and operational HR processes.
Knowledge of Swiss social security, tax and labor law.
Proficiency in Workday and SAP HCM.
Advanced Excel skills and payroll reporting experience.

Aufgaben

Execute monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees in Switzerland accurately and on time.
Maintain and validate payroll data across HR systems (Workday, SAP) per statutory requirements.
Manage time and attendance data and ensure correct monthly processing.
Perform payroll controls, analyses, reconciliations and audits.
