Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead based in Switzerland. You will lead enablement, coaching, training, and quality assurance across international programmes, with focus on LMICs, and own adoption outcomes through data-driven coaching.

You will collaborate across product, data, programme management, support, and communications teams, with up to 40% international travel and a strong emphasis on training quality and scalable learning delivery.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrable experience training teams remotely in LMICs.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and how customer adoption works in practice.
• Experience managing customer or partner relationships and driving programmes toward stronger outcomes.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to build lasting capability in others.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country software user training.
• Deliver demonstrations and hands-on facilitation when needed.
• Coach and develop trainers to enable independent delivery.
• Quality-assure Train-the-Trainer and cascade models with data-informed feedback.
• Own software adoption and behaviour-change outcomes by monitoring usage and analytics.
