Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment with technical products.
- Experience communicating with software developers and engaging with customers on technical topics.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to provide strategic, consultative advice.
- Ability to understand the business context behind customer requests and identify underlying needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 40–60 Mid-Market customers across their lifecycle.
- Lead onboarding, kickoffs, milestone reviews, and guidance to measurable outcomes.
- Translate customer objectives into measurable success plans.
