Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Enablement Business Partner to join the EMEA North Enablement team in Switzerland. You will design and deliver learning experiences to boost sales performance, productivity, and growth, acting as a strategic partner to the local sales organization.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with country leadership, cross-functional teams, and global enablement to deploy impactful enablement programs, including AI-enabled workflows, across Switzerland and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Strong project management, prioritisation, and agile execution.
• Ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders with facilitation and presentation skills.
• AI fluent: daily user of enterprise AI tools; designs enablement for AI-powered workflows.
• Fluency in English and German; French or Italian is a plus; based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Act as the enablement point of contact for the Switzerland GTM and partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps.
• Translate business priorities into actionable learning strategies and programs; contribute to regional plans.
• Design, deliver, and coordinate onboarding, product training, sales methodology, and skills development.
• Localize global content for the Swiss market; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Define success metrics, track outcomes, and report insights to senior stakeholders; iterate programs based on data.
