Job summary

Piaget is seeking an Org Design and Transformation Manager to join our Geneva-based team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will drive organizational design, optimize ways of working, and lead change initiatives across global functions and markets to enable strategic growth and agility.

You will partner with executives to shape target structures, streamline processes, and equip leaders with change-management tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field; certifications in Change Management or Project Management are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years in management/strategy consulting or transformation/PMO roles.
• Experience in luxury retail or retail is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in organizational design and operating model optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Organizational Analysis and Design, developing target structures aligned with strategic objectives across HQ and global markets.
• Optimize Operational Workflows and cross-functional collaboration models to enhance agility and efficiency.
• Drive Organizational Projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and empower leaders with change tools.
• Champion Change Management, defining approaches for successful adoption of new models.
• Support Workforce Planning with HR Partners to align resources with evolving needs.
• Foster a Culture of Engagement and Continuous Improvement aligned with Piaget's values.
