Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in change management.
• Ability to work in large, international, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Curiosity, growth mindset, and client orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record in set-up and roll-out of initiatives and programs covering human centered change.
• Proficiency in English is a must, as well as German or French.
