Job summary

You will drive change initiatives, measure outcomes, and partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals. The role requires 8–10 years in HR/OE with strong global leadership, stakeholder management, and culture analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve organizational strategy, structure, and workflows.
• Shape and sustain a high-performing, inclusive culture with data-driven actions.
• Facilitate leadership and team interventions to boost effectiveness and engagement.
• Lead change management initiatives, assess impact, and build readiness.
• Lead a global OE&C team and collaborate with BHR leaders across regions.
