Implement Consulting Group in Zurich is seeking a Senior Management Consultant/Manager to lead and shape transformation engagements for our Business & Operations Design practice.

You will drive operating model design, organizational change, and AI-enabled process improvements while directing workstreams, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact for clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from a reputable university in business, engineering, economics, or related field.
• 2–6 years of management consulting experience with transformation projects.
• Experience managing project workstreams, stakeholders, and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for practical solutions.
• Confident communication with senior stakeholders and workshops facilitation.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and contribute to complex transformation projects for clients.
• Design and implement operating models and organizational structures.
• Lead organizational transformations and new ways of working.
• Optimize business processes with a digital-first mindset.
• Establish performance management frameworks and systems.
• Explore AI and emerging technologies to create business value.
• Manage post-merger integrations and carve-outs as needed.
• Facilitate workshops with senior client stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Develop trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to growth of the Business & Operations Design practice.
