Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager for Western Switzerland to drive market expansion in Orthopaedics. You will nurture long-term partnerships with hospital networks, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value-based surgical solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic account planning, negotiations, and collaboration with clinical teams to advance patient care across hospitals and GPOs. Fluent English and French are required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is an advantage.
• Several years of clinical experience in a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager role.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare market and the local regulatory/policy environment.
• Experience in contract negotiations and deal structuring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in a second official language is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the account strategy to drive additional profitable sales and market share growth within Hospital networks and hospital systems.
• Coordinate proposal development with the clinical team, presenting opportunities and risks to management.
• Lead negotiations for commercial agreements across care centers and coordinate their execution with pricing, services, and solutions teams.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics for the commercial partners in strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver patient-centered orthopedic solutions.
