The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to daily tasks. An English background is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education or university degree; logistics training will be an advantage.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Strong interest in transport and logistics and motivation to develop knowledge in this field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Structured, organised and reliable with a proactive approach to daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and timely information about services.
• Support shipment management from initial handling through to final delivery, resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist with planning, organisation and management of groupage shipments.
• Support preparation, organisation and verification of shipping documentation.
• Contribute to loading plans and identify suitable transport solutions.
• Coordinate with Business Unit counterparts, carriers, customers and suppliers for smooth operations.
