Job summary

Raben Sieber AG in Bedano is seeking a Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) to be the welcoming point for customers, supporting them throughout the shipment process and ensuring needs are handled efficiently and professionally.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enable smooth transport operations, deliver high customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous process improvements in international freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or university degree; logistics training considered an advantage.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in the transport and logistics industry and willingness to develop knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Structured, organized, reliable with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Service-oriented, solution-focused and professional with customers and business partners.
• Team player who collaborates across departments and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and timely information about our services.
• Support shipment management from initial handling through to final delivery, resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist with planning, organization and management of groupage shipments.
• Support preparation, organization and verification of shipping documentation.
• Contribute to loading plans and identify the most suitable transport solutions.
• Coordinate with Business Unit counterparts, carriers, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
