Zusammenfassung

Bilfinger Life Science is seeking a Sales Manager to lead strategic account development, expand the sales pipeline, and ensure order intake across the EU and global markets.

You will negotiate contracts, prepare offers, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with engineering and project teams. Native German and fluent English are required, with willingness to travel and a background in plant engineering sales.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in sales of plant engineering and piping construction projects, preferably Pharma & Biopharma
• Industry knowledge and/or existing network with key decision-makers in the mentioned industries
• Native-level German and business-fluent English, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and develop strategic accounts
• Develop a sales pipeline based on market analyses (market, competition, customers)
• Ensure order intake and revenue generation
• Expand and maintain relationships with customers and planners within the EU and global sales territory
• Implement and develop structured sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare and execute contract negotiations, and create offers and agreements
• Regular reporting and revenue forecasting, maintain CRM data
