Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange, secure email, journaling, UC, trading telephony, Webex, Confluence, and SQL Server.
• Experience managing critical collaboration and database services in complex enterprises.
• Familiar with ITIL frameworks and operational best practices.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing enterprise collaboration team.
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient global collaboration and voice services.
• Own delivery and improvements for Exchange, journaling, Cisco Call Manager, Webex, and SQL Server.
• Define priorities, allocate resources, and manage capacity to meet SLAs.
• Support budget planning, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and license compliance.
• Drive lifecycle management, upgrades, risk mitigation, and roadmaps.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to deliver reliable solutions.
• Support incident, problem, and change management; act as escalation point.
