Julius Baer in Zürich seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Leader to head the Enterprise Collaboration & Voice Solution team. You will ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective delivery of global collaboration and communications services, including Microsoft Exchange, secure e-mail, journaling, Cisco UCM, trader telephony, voice recording, Webex, and Confluence, plus Microsoft SQL Server environments.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Several years in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery, with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of Exchange, secure e-mail, journaling, Cisco UCM, Webex, Confluence, and SQL Server.
Experience with ITIL-based processes and regulatory, risk, and compliance awareness.
