Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 8 years in pharma, HTA agencies, or related organizations.
• Extensive pricing, market access and commercial strategy experience.
• Strong above-country pricing and access responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Strategic thinker with business and financial acumen.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of pricing strategies for compounds and indications.
• Collaborate on pricing research with international functions, countries and regions.
• Design and oversee global launch sequence optimization for assets and indications.
• Develop and co-create pricing and access models with strategic recommendations.
• Provide pricing input into early-stage assets and due diligence projects.
• Act as pricing expert for assigned countries and share market insights.
• Partner with countries to conduct pricing scenario analyses and support decisions.
• Review and endorse product price proposals and monitor implementation.
