Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading HTA submissions and pricing negotiations across multiple international markets.
• Strong knowledge of international healthcare systems, pricing and reimbursement frameworks.
• Experience building data-driven value propositions and engaging with external agencies.

Aufgaben

• Represent payer perspective within cross-functional, cross-regional teams to optimize pricing and market access of the asset.
• Collaborate with HEOR, clusters' leadership, Marketing and Clinical Development to ensure value and access optimization.
• Lead early payer engagement with HTA bodies (e.g. NICE UK, G-BA Germany) to inform evidence generation and reimbursement dossiers.
• Interact with pricing, health economics, patient advocacy, HTA authorities, policy makers and payers to execute Pricing & Reimbursement objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and train local access teams on negotiation strategy and ensure submissions align with Global/International strategy.
