Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong commercial background.
• Proven leadership experience at country level or equivalent.
• Strong track record of developing and executing brand strategies with measurable impact.
• Experience leading or supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
• Excellent data interpretation for strategic decisions and strong cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead the execution of the Immunology disease area strategy across Europe, aligning international direction with local implementation.
• Drive regional performance through market insight analysis and growth opportunities across priority markets.
• Ensure pull-through of brand strategies into country business plans with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with country teams to optimize portfolio performance and prepare markets for future growth.
• Lead launch readiness planning and execution for pre-launch and post-launch milestones.
• Drive commercial excellence with data-driven decision making and omnichannel effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Medical, Value & Access, Regulatory, and Execution Excellence to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Share best practices and build capabilities across markets to strengthen Immunology expertise regionally.
• Influence stakeholders across a matrix organization while ensuring accountability for results.
• Monitor healthcare market trends to inform strategic decisions and market preparedness.
