Qualifications

• Extensive pricing and market access experience across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with global teams and payers.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with HTA submissions, reimbursement processes, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of pricing strategies for compounds and indications.
• Collaborate on global pricing research with international teams to identify trends.
• Design and oversee global launch sequence optimization for assets and indications.
• Develop pricing and access models and provide strategic recommendations.
• Contribute pricing input into early-stage assets and due diligence workstreams.
• Act as pricing expert for assigned countries and share market insights.
• Partner with countries to run pricing scenario analyses and support decisions.
• Review and endorse price proposals and monitor implementation.
