As Director, Pricing and Contracting, Immunology, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing launch and in-market pricing strategies that maximize patient access and optimize the long-term value of Novartis assets. Reporting to the Executive Director, Pricing and Contracting, Immunology, you will partner closely with Therapeutic Areas, Strategy & Growth, Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Finance, Policy, and key markets to drive strategic pricing decisions across the product lifecycle. This highly collaborative international role offers the opportunity to influence pricing strategy, launch sequencing, business case development, and contracting approaches while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across regions and countries. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
