Novartis is seeking a Director, International Value & Access, Immunology, to shape and deliver integrated international market access strategies across the product lifecycle. You will craft payer value propositions, embed evidence plans, and influence pricing and reimbursement globally, partnering with Medical Affairs, Development, Pricing, and country teams to maximize patient access worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or higher in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in market access in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience launching products in international or regional markets.
• Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and influence diverse stakeholders.

• Develop and operationalize integrated international access strategies across product lifecycle.
• Shape payer value propositions and evidence packages for priority markets.
• Embed payer evidence requirements into target product profiles and clinical programs.
• Create international pricing strategies and guidance for sustainable patient access and asset value.
• Develop payer negotiation strategies and prepare priority markets for reimbursement discussions.
• Collaborate with HEOR teams to deliver access-relevant evidence.
• Anticipate policy trends to identify access risks and opportunities.
• Represent International Value & Access in governance forums and external engagements.
• Manage resources and budgets aligned with asset priorities.
