Job summary

Teoxane Laboratories in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to C-level and management, translating business strategy into yearly people plans and HR priorities across scopes.

You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, onboarding, performance cycles, talent reviews, compensation processes and HRIS harmonization, partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR/BA/psychology or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, including 3–4 years as HRBP in international environment.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law.
• Exposure to other European countries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to C-levels and management on people matters.
• Translate business strategy into annual people plans.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring and change projects.
• Drive workforce planning aligned with growth targets.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment topics.
• Ensure structured onboarding and quick integration of new hires.
• Run the performance management cycle and coach managers on objectives and reviews.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and identification of high potentials.
• Design development plans and career paths with the talent manager.
• Lead the annual salary review and bonus process; advise on grading and market benchmarks.
• Handle complex employee relations cases in line with Swiss labor law.
• Track HR KPIs and use them to anticipate risks.
• Contribute to global HR projects, including HRIS and policy harmonization.
