Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking an HR Business Partner base in Switzerland, Zug, to join our international team. The role covers payroll, benefits, talent management, onboarding, employee relations, and organizational development within a fast-growing company.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR/Business Admin, is fluent in German and English, and has 5+ years HR experience with strong analytics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English; Chinese or other language proficiency is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, contract management, and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; high integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration: ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with finance.
• Benefits administration: oversee employee benefits programs.
• Talent acquisition: support recruitment and advise on candidate selection.
• Career development: identify development opportunities and create growth plans.
• Onboarding and lifecycle management: oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Employee engagement and relations: improve satisfaction and resolve conflicts.
• Organizational development and office management: workforce and succession planning; diversity initiatives.
