Job summary

Syz Group seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders across Private Banking, Relationship Management, Investment Management and related corporate functions. Translate business priorities into pragmatic people solutions, balancing strategic judgment with execution.

You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, coaching, and workforce solutions while ensuring Swiss employment law compliance and high-quality employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist in financial services.
• Proven capability across talent and succession, organizational development, performance management, complex employee relations, change and senior recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss employment law and the confidentiality, conduct and regulatory expectations of a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field. A Swiss HR qualification (HRSE) or equivalent.
• Native French speaker with a high level of proficiency in English, knowledge of German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to senior leaders across Private Banking, Relationship Management, Investment Management and selected corporate functions.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and development discussions.
• Own and steer searches from business briefing through assessment, offer and onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Provide senior-level advice and hands-on support on complex employee relations matters, performance management, restructurings, organizational change and regulatory compliance.
