Job summary

Proclinical is hiring an HR Business Partner to implement global people strategies and deliver exceptional employee experiences. This hybrid role requires at least three days on-site per week, working with business leaders, HR teams, and centres of expertise to support talent acquisition, development and retention.

You will ensure compliance with local legislation and global standards while guiding employee relations and organisational change across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR with senior stakeholders in a multinational setting.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to drive organisational change and people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver people-focused strategies to improve employee experience.
• Partner with leaders and specialist teams to implement key people initiatives.
• Support talent attraction, growth and retention programmes across the business.
• Oversee performance management including objective setting and annual reviews.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and legal compliance in Ireland and global standards.
• Support organisation transformation and workforce design initiatives.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion and employee engagement.
