L'Occitane en Provence seeks an HR/L&D coordinator to support development projects, learning programs, and communications. You will adapt content for LMS formats, organize global training events, and track participation and outcomes.

The role involves budget tracking, preparing program materials, and providing initial support for SuccessFactors, CrossKnowledge, and other platforms within a global team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR assistant, HRBP, L&D or communications role.
• Experience coordinating learning & development programs is a strong plus.
• Experience producing communications/documents in a corporate environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the delivery of L&D programs and talent development projects with stakeholders.
• Adapt training content into LMS-ready formats and ensure accessibility on platforms.
• Prepare participant kits, guides, and post-program materials; track outcomes.
• Organize global training events and manage logistics and follow-up.
• Provide first-level user support for LMS platforms and platform integration.
