Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking an HR Generalist to support managers and employees across a broad HR remit. The role covers the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will manage contracts, onboarding, mobility, development, and offboarding while ensuring adherence to Swiss labour and social law.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss labor and social law framework.
• Experience managing the full employee life cycle.

Aufgaben

• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Manage the full employee life cycle, including onboarding and integration, contract administration and amendments, internal mobility, employee development, and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Swiss labor and social law.
• Support employee relations matters and advise managers on HR best practices.
• Participate in local and international HR projects.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and global HR teams.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
